Before you write

Is there a support ticket system or live chat?

No. We're a tiny independent team — one mailbox, answered by a human. There is no bot on the other end.

Can you advise me on my specific tax return?

No. Our tools explain rules and run numbers; they are not personalized tax advice. Please consult a licensed CPA for your own situation.

Why did my tool data disappear?

Your inputs live in your browser's LocalStorage. Clearing site data, using private/incognito mode or visiting from another device wipes them — by design. See the Privacy Policy.

What happens after you email us

Every message is read by a person, not a queue bot. You can expect an acknowledgement within two working days. Bug reports that include the page URL and the inputs you used are usually reproduced and fixed within a week; content corrections that cite a primary source move to the front of the list. Feature requests are collected, weighed against how many readers ask for the same thing, and reflected on the roadmap page when they are scheduled — we do not promise dates.

We do not run a newsletter, do not add your address to any marketing list, and do not share it with third parties. A support message stays a support message.

Requests we can handle directly

Corrections. A wrong tax figure, an outdated mileage rate, a broken citation or a benchmark that no longer matches its source. Send the page URL and the correct value with a link to the authority.
Accessibility problems. Contrast failures, keyboard traps, labels that screen readers misread, or a calculator that cannot be driven without a mouse.
Image rights. If you hold rights to a photograph used here and believe the attribution is wrong or the use is unlicensed, we remove or correct it within 48 hours — no legal letter needed.
Broken links and 404s. Internal links are checked before each release, but a stale external citation still slips through occasionally.
Privacy questions. What is stored locally, what an advertising cookie may do, and how to opt out are all covered in the Privacy Policy; anything unclear, ask.

Requests we cannot handle

We cannot review your personal tax return, tell you whether to accept a job offer, give legal advice about an RTO mandate in your jurisdiction, or mediate a dispute with your employer. The tools explain rules and run arithmetic on numbers you supply; they are not a substitute for a CPA, an employment lawyer or your own judgement. We also cannot restore data that your browser deleted — there is no server-side copy of your inputs by design.

Journalists and researchers may quote the calculators and cite the site with a link. Screenshots of a tool result should keep the visible URL or credit hybrid.rtokit.com.
